Summary

This study tested whether suvorexant, a drug used for sleep, could help reduce smoking cravings and stress in people who smoke. Fourteen non-treatment-seeking smokers took part in a double-blind, placebo-controlled trial. Researchers measured cravings, stress, and smoking behavior to see if the drug could lower relapse risk.
