Summary
This study compares two stitching methods (locked vs unlocked knots) after impacted wisdom tooth removal. 60 healthy adults aged 18-45 will be randomly assigned to one technique. The goal is to see which method leads to less jaw stiffness (trismus) and facial swelling after surgery.
