First seen Jan 29, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study looks at two standard ways to remove lung cancer in early-stage patients. The goal is to see if tying off the vein before the artery during surgery reduces the amount of tumor DNA released into the bloodstream. About 100 adults with stage I-III non-small cell lung cancer will have blood tests before and after surgery to compare the two techniques.
