Summary
This study looks at how fast to give surfactant (a lung medicine) to very premature babies born before 28 weeks. The goal is to see if giving it over 5 minutes instead of 1 minute helps keep their oxygen levels more stable. The trial will include 76 babies and measure oxygen in the blood and brain during the procedure.
