Summary
This study tests a culturally tailored support program for Chinese and Korean American caregivers of relatives with dementia. The program combines counseling with online peer support groups to help reduce stress, depression, and health risks like diabetes and heart disease. Researchers will enroll 300 caregivers in the New York area to see if the program improves their well-being and health over 12 months.
