Summary

This study looks at whether a digital cognitive behavioral therapy program (SilverCloud) can help Spanish-speaking adults with depression or anxiety. About 426 participants will either use the program on their own or with extra support. The goal is to see if these tools can improve symptoms and make mental health care more accessible.
