NCT ID NCT07309263
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether super-slow jogging (a very slow, easy jog) can improve heart and lung fitness better than stationary cycling in college students who don't exercise regularly. About 60 students will take part, and researchers will measure things like oxygen use and breathing. The goal is to find a simple, effective exercise for beginners.
