Summary
This study looks at whether super-slow jogging (a very slow, low-intensity jog) can improve heart and lung fitness in college students who don't exercise regularly. About 60 participants will either do super-slow jogging or stationary cycling for a set time. The goal is to see which activity works better for boosting aerobic fitness and breathing function.
