Virus injected into brain tumors shows promise for children with cancer

Summary
This study tests a single injection of a virus (DNX-2401) directly into brain tumors in children and young adults whose cancer has come back or not responded to treatment. The goal is to see if the virus can shrink tumors and help patients live longer. 39 participants will receive the injection during surgery and be monitored for safety and tumor response.
