Summary
This study tested a 12-week online class called 'Living with Hope' for adults who had recently attempted suicide. The class taught coping skills based on cognitive behavioral therapy. Researchers wanted to see if the class safely reduced suicidal thoughts and behaviors, and if improvements lasted over time.
