Summary

This study aims to understand how people experience chat conversations with the Zelfmoordlijn 1813 suicide helpline. About 373 participants who contact the chat service will fill out short questionnaires before and after their chat. The goal is to improve the quality of crisis support and strengthen suicide prevention efforts in Flanders.
