Summary
This study looks at how the brain processes pain in people with depression who may be at risk for suicide. Researchers will use brain scans (fMRI) while participants experience mild pressure pain. The goal is to find brain patterns linked to suicide capability, which could help identify high-risk individuals in the future. The study involves 90 adults aged 18-70 with major depressive disorder.
