Summary
This study looks at a shoulder replacement surgery that avoids cutting a major muscle (the subscapularis) in patients with shoulder arthritis. Researchers want to see if this approach leads to better pain relief, movement, and strength. About 50 adults having this surgery at the University of Utah will take part and report their outcomes over time.
