Summary

This study tested a psychological treatment designed to help people who struggle with repetitive negative thinking, such as worries, mental rituals, or depressive ruminations. The treatment aimed to improve attention and cognitive control. 65 adults with OCD, generalized anxiety, or major depression participated. The goal was to see if the therapy could reduce the frequency and impact of unwanted thoughts.
