Summary
This study is for people with a specific type of advanced colorectal cancer called MSI. It aims to find out why about 20-30% of patients do not respond to the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab. By studying 600 participants, researchers hope to identify markers that predict resistance, helping doctors choose the best treatment for each person.
