Summary
This study tested a new radioactive drug, [225Ac]-FPI-1434, in people with advanced solid tumors that had stopped responding to standard treatments. The goal was to check safety and find the right dose. The study was terminated early, so results are limited. It involved 78 participants with various cancers like breast, ovarian, and head and neck cancer.
