This study tests a single injection of StromaForte, made from donor bone marrow cells, against a standard hyaluronic acid injection for knee osteoarthritis. About 140 adults with knee arthritis will receive one treatment and be followed for 12 months. The main goal is to see if StromaForte provides better pain relief during activity at 6 months.
