Summary
This study tests a single injection of StromaForte, made from donor stem cells, to reduce knee pain from osteoarthritis. It compares StromaForte to a standard hyaluronic acid injection in 140 adults with knee arthritis. The main goal is to see if StromaForte provides better pain relief at 6 months.
