Summary

This study aims to find out if a clot-removal procedure is safe and effective for stroke patients who already had moderate-to-severe disabilities before their stroke. It will compare the procedure plus standard medical care against standard medical care alone. The goal is to determine which approach leads to better recovery and quality of life for this specific group of patients.
