This study aims to see if brain scans and a technique called transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) can predict how well someone will recover arm movement after a stroke. Researchers will collect data from 657 adults who recently had a stroke and have arm weakness. The goal is to create a large dataset to help design better future stroke recovery trials.
