Summary

This study tested whether stroke patients over 60 with high blood pressure benefit from extra nurse-led education and follow-up, compared to standard care. About 290 patients took part, each bringing a family member or friend to help. The main goal was to see if this approach lowers blood pressure better than usual follow-up.
