Could simple leg exercises ease restless legs in pregnancy?
NCT ID NCT07642089
First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether adding lower-body strength training to static stretching helps pregnant women with restless legs syndrome (RLS) feel better. Thirty pregnant women with RLS will be split into two groups: one does only stretching, the other does stretching plus strength exercises for six weeks. Researchers will measure changes in symptom severity, sleep quality, and fatigue to see which approach works best.
