Pilates may soothe restless legs in dialysis patients

Summary

This study will test whether a 16-week Pilates exercise program can reduce restless leg syndrome, improve physical function, and boost self-perception in 100 older adults (65+) who are on maintenance hemodialysis. Participants will do supervised resistance exercises two to three times a week. The main goal is to see if symptoms of restless legs get better.
