Summary

This study looked at whether a 16-week strength training program can help adults who had a bone marrow transplant as children. The goal was to see if exercise can reduce muscle loss, heart disease, and diabetes risks that often appear years after transplant. 28 survivors and healthy volunteers completed the program, with health checks before and after.
