Summary
This study compares two home exercise programs for older adults (65+) who have trouble walking. One program is a brief strength and balance routine, the other is a longer standard program with strength, balance, and aerobic exercises. The goal is to see which program better improves leg function and is easier to stick with. The study involves 702 participants and tracks physical function and effort.
