Summary

This study looks at 210 people with a serious type of blood clot in the lungs (intermediate high-risk pulmonary embolism). It compares three approaches: a procedure to remove the clot, a low-dose clot-busting drug, or standard blood thinners. The goal is to see which method reduces clot size best and improves recovery.
