Summary
This study aims to find out if cancer survivors can safely stop taking heart failure medications after their heart function has returned to normal following cancer treatment side effects. Researchers will compare two groups: one that continues medications and one that stops them, monitoring heart function over five years. The goal is to reduce long-term medication burden while ensuring heart health remains stable.
