Summary
This study looks at what happens when people who regularly drink sugary sodas switch to drinks sweetened with stevia or aspartame. Researchers want to see if these sugar substitutes change metabolism or gut bacteria for better or worse. About 41 healthy adults who drink 4 cans of soda per week up to 4 per day will take part. The goal is to help people make informed choices about healthier drink options.
