Summary
This study tested whether infusions of donor stem cells (HB-adMSCs) could reduce long COVID symptoms like extreme fatigue, brain fog, and headache. About 79 adults with chronic post-COVID syndrome received four IV doses of stem cells or a placebo over 10 weeks. Researchers tracked changes in symptom severity using simple rating scales over 26 weeks.
