Summary
This early-phase trial tests whether a patient's own bone marrow stem cells, injected into the spinal fluid, can repair nerve damage caused by progressive multiple sclerosis. The study involves 18 adults with secondary or primary progressive MS. Researchers will measure changes in nerve signals, vision, and MRI scans to see if the treatment is safe and shows any signs of repair.
