New hope for High-Risk transplant patients
NCT ID NCT06398457
Summary
This early study is testing if a drug called Darzalex Faspro can safely lower harmful antibodies in patients with blood cancers. Lowering these antibodies may allow patients who are currently ineligible to receive a potentially life-saving stem cell transplant from a donor. The study will enroll 8 adults at high risk of rejecting the donor cells due to these antibodies.
