First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tests whether a stem cell transplant from a healthy donor can control or reverse VEXAS syndrome, a rare and severe autoinflammatory disease. About 54 adults aged 18-75 whose standard treatments have failed will receive donor stem cells after chemotherapy and possibly radiation. The goal is to see if the transplant can eliminate disease symptoms without the need for ongoing steroids or other therapies.
