Summary

This study tests whether high-dose chemotherapy followed by a stem cell transplant can help children and adults with severe Crohn's disease. The goal is to reset the immune system and reduce inflammation. Up to 20 participants aged 10 to 60 will be enrolled. The study focuses on safety and symptom improvement.
