NCT ID NCT02508038

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 20, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This early-stage study is testing the safety of a modified stem cell transplant for children whose cancers have returned or not responded to standard treatments. The transplant uses specially processed cells from a half-matched family donor, along with a drug called Zoledronate, to try to control the cancer. The main goal is to see if this approach is safe and to check for side effects like graft failure or graft-versus-host disease.
