Summary
This study tests a stem cell transplant from a donor to treat people with severe blood disorders like sickle cell disease and thalassemia. About 62 participants will receive the transplant and be monitored for side effects like graft-versus-host disease. The goal is to control the disease, but lifelong medication may still be needed.
