NCT ID NCT05711849

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study tests whether a person's own bone marrow stem cells can reduce chest pain and improve daily life for those with severe, untreatable angina. About 110 adults with persistent chest pain despite maximum medication will receive either a real stem cell infusion or a sham procedure. Neither they nor their doctors will know which they got, ensuring unbiased results.
