This study tested a new treatment for erectile dysfunction in men who had their prostate removed due to cancer. The treatment uses the patient's own bone marrow stem cells, injected into the penis, to try to improve erectile function. 54 men participated, and the study measured changes in erectile function scores over time. The goal was to see if this stem cell therapy is safe and effective for restoring sexual function.
