Summary

This study tests if umbilical cord stem cells can improve lung function and quality of life in people with severe COPD. All 20 participants already receive standard inhaled medications. They will get either stem cells or a placebo added to their treatment and be followed for 12 months. The goal is to see if the stem cells are safe and help control the disease better.
