Could donor stem cells repair Chemo-Damaged hearts?

Summary
This early-stage study tests whether donor bone marrow stem cells can help control heart failure in people whose hearts were weakened by a type of chemotherapy called anthracyclines. About 72 adults with low heart function will receive standard heart failure care alone or with stem cells given either through a vein or directly into the heart. The main goal is to check safety and see if the stem cells improve heart function.
