First seen Apr 29, 2026 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study is testing a digital health system called STELA that helps adults without heart disease lower their risk factors like obesity, high cholesterol, and insulin resistance. About 100 participants will get a full health check, a personalized prevention plan, and support through online lessons, coaching, and follow-ups over 12 months. The goal is to see if this approach improves overall health scores and is practical for wider use.
