New drug combo shows promise in Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary

This study tests a new oral drug called STC-15, either alone or combined with toripalimab, in people with advanced solid tumors or certain sarcomas (leiomyosarcoma and liposarcoma). The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and can shrink or control tumors. About 107 adults with limited treatment options will participate.
