Summary
This study tests whether giving higher doses of focused radiation (stereotactic radiosurgery) to brain tumors is safe and effective, without using whole-brain radiation. It involves 135 adults with up to 10 brain metastases from solid tumors. The goal is to find the highest safe dose to improve tumor control and survival while maintaining quality of life.
