Summary

This study compares three different wrist splint positions (flexed, neutral, and extended) worn at night for eight weeks in 108 adults with mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome. All participants also receive education and exercises. The goal is to see which position best reduces pain, numbness, and improves nerve function. Results will help guide conservative treatment for this common condition.
