Summary
This study looked at 90 adults having kidney stone surgery to see if the type of anesthesia (spinal or general) changes inflammation levels after the procedure. Researchers used standard blood tests taken before and after surgery to measure inflammation. No extra blood draws or treatments were given beyond normal care.
