Summary
This study tested whether hands-on cooking and nutrition classes help adults ages 31-59 improve their diet quality compared to standard advice. Fifty-five people who cook at home at least once a week took part. The goal was to see if this approach is practical and liked by participants, and if it leads to healthier eating patterns.
