Summary
This study looks at whether a 3-month lifestyle or blood sugar program can improve epigenetic marks in sperm of overweight men with type 1 or type 2 diabetes. Researchers will measure sperm concentration and DNA changes. The goal is to understand how metabolic health affects fertility at a molecular level.
