NCT ID NCT07473011
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study will test whether an 18-day spa therapy program can reduce insomnia severity. About 270 adults who are already scheduled for spa treatment will fill out questionnaires about their sleep, fatigue, pain, and mood before, right after, and two months after the program. The goal is to see if spa therapy truly improves sleep quality.
