Summary
This study tests a combination of two targeted drugs—sotorasib and trastuzumab deruxtecan—in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific KRAS G12C mutation. The goal is to find the safest dose and see how well the combo works at shrinking tumors. About 37 adults whose cancer has spread and who have already tried other treatments will take part.
