Summary
This trial tests a new medicine called SOT109 for people with advanced colorectal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread. SOT109 is designed to find and attack cancer cells that have a specific marker (CDH17) while sparing healthy cells. The study has two parts: the first finds safe dose levels, and the second compares two doses to see which works best at shrinking tumors. Participants must be at least 18 years old and in relatively good health.
