NCT ID NCT07136584

First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study looks at whether giving parents of children with chronic conditions a mental health questionnaire before their child's doctor visit can help spot stress, anxiety, or depression. After filling it out, parents get their results and a list of support services. Researchers will check in at 3 and 6 months to see if parents found the process helpful and if they reached out for support. The goal is to see if this approach works in a busy hospital setting.
