Summary
This study tests a pill called soquelitinib in 15 people aged 16 and older with a rare immune condition called ALPS-FAS. The drug aims to reduce the size of the spleen and lymph nodes, which often become enlarged in this disease. Participants take the pill twice daily for a year, with regular checkups and scans to track progress.
