Summary

This study tests a drug called soquelitinib in 15 people aged 16 and older with autoimmune lymphoproliferative syndrome (ALPS). The goal is to see if the drug can shrink an enlarged spleen or lymph nodes and improve low blood cell counts. Participants take the pill twice daily for up to a year, with regular blood tests and scans.
