Summary

This phase 3 trial is testing whether a new combination of two oral drugs, sonrotoclax and zanubrutinib, works better than the current standard combination (venetoclax plus acalabrutinib) for people with untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). About 500 adults who have not received prior CLL treatment will be randomly assigned to one of the two pill regimens. The main goals are to see how long participants live without their cancer progressing and to measure how deeply the cancer is suppressed.
